Refund & Exchange Policy

At Stuffology Boutique, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange on eligible items.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be received by Stuffology within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• Items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached.

Return & Exchange Terms

• Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to returns and exchanges.
• If you're exchanging an item, additional shipping charges will apply to send the new item back out.
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Stuffology is not responsible for lost, stolen, or tampered packages. Please file a claim with your postal carrier for any issues.
